Gazpacho shooters

I’m not working as many hours as I used to but I’m always out of time. If you need a quick and tasty addition for your next summer-time party, gazpacho shooters are just the thing. Except for opening a bottle, chopping a cucumber and mixing, there’s nothing to this. The recipe, however, is sure to win you complements.

Ingredients:

1 16 oz container of fresh salsa

1 cup Bloody Mary mix

¾ cup finally chopped cucumbers

½ cup water

Stir together and garnish with cucumber sticks.

(makes 4 cups)
